OCIO Champion Award

To start the process of nominating Office of the CIO employees for recognition of a job well done, click on the New Nomination button on the home page.

From there, you will be asked a few identifying questions so that we know who is making the recommendation. This information includes your name, phone number, name of your organization, email address, and the reason that you are making the nomination.

After you have completed this section, you will continue by adding one or more employees of the Office of the CIO one person at a time.

When you finish adding all the names of employees you wish to be recognized, submit the form for approval and processing.

Thank you again for taking the time to recognize our employees for the service they provide on a daily basis. We have wonderful employees and are proud to recognize their accomplishments.
